Tips on where to live in Downtown

Hello everyone, I am moving to Toronto soon to start my new job out of university. I will be working near Bag street and king and ideally want something a 10-15 minute max walk to work. Does anyone have any suggestions for a 1 bedroom. I was looking at 25 Richmond street east and 290 or 225 Adelaide street. How are these areas? Also would anyone recommend the harbour apartments like 15 lower Jarvis street? Thanks for the help!
