Nest Aware Plus 24/7 video availability delay?

An animal made a mess in my backyard and my Nest camera floodlight frustratingly didn’t detect the event. Went to check 24/7 video and it’s not available yet past 9am. Never noticed this before but I don’t check 24/7 recordings very often. All my outdoor cameras seem to have this delay. My Nest doorbell has 24/7 video available immediately. Is this a new thing?
