Most people wait too long to outsource — I learned that the hard way

Hey folks 👋

I used to think outsourcing was only for big teams with big budgets. Turns out, I was just burning hours on things I wasn’t great at.

I’m based in the U.S., and I run a small content-driven brand. This year, I finally started using Fiverr to outsource: • 🎥 Short-form video editing (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) • 🎨 Brand identity design (logo, colors, social banners) • 🧠 Landing page copywriting • 🧰 Simple automation setups for marketing • 📦 Mockups and graphics for product launches

Here’s the shift: Instead of trying to “do everything cheaper,” I focused on getting it done faster and better.

Now I post more, grow faster, and spend my time where it actually moves the needle.

If you’re building a brand, YouTube channel, or small business — don’t wait too long to delegate. It doesn’t need to be expensive, just intentional.

I can share some of the exact gigs I’ve used if that’s helpful — just let me know.
