Help! Pc power cycles.

So i have been using my pc for a long time, around 4+ months.

Today july 10th, i updated my pc. After the update maybe 15 minutes, my network said unspecified, it froze and i had to unplug my pc.

When i push the power button on my psu, my pc turns on by it self, it turns off and on over and over. Theres no screen display

I tried resetting cmos, it didnt work. Please help !!.

Also there is a red cpu light on my motherboard
