I've said it earlier and will say it here again - our justice system says innocent until proven guilty but our society has become guilty until proven innocent.

It's just easier to blame the pilots since people know exactly who to point a finger at and get that satisfaction unlike a corporation where no names are taken and the not knowing who or why and when justice will ever come. Easier to get closure by saying the pilot did it.

People jumped to conclusions that pilots put the flaps up insisted of the gear. The pilots made wrong take off calculations, and other absurd deductions based on videos. Like without any real expertise on the subject. And the ones with some knowledge made reels and videos to make money out of click bait views.

People should really understand what's at stake here for the AAIB , our government , other governments, TATA , Boeing and the FAA who have massive resources and PR teams with so much to lose while the pilots are not even here to defend themselves.

I'm sure many of those PR teams are here on reddit driving a narrative that suits them, just like on the news. Like even the preliminary report was published without names and signatures. Very unlike the politicians in our country who want credit for everything.

CVR recorded and clearly stated in the preliminary report - "NO I DID NOT".

I'm not saying the pilots cannot not at fault. They could be. I'm just saying let's not judge them before the final report is out. Let's wait and think before we destroy families of these 2 pilots who in all probability did everything they could to save everyone too. In the end if it was their fault then so be it and let the law take its course.

This is an important interview to watch https://youtu.be/UrasUtdF6a0?si=VWksufcTn65GiLht

PS : I won't be responding to any comments cause I don't know if it's a concerned citizen or someone from some PR team.
