regarding 9800x3d temps.

So this is my first time using an AMD CPUs as I always used Intel ones. My previous cpu was 14600K paired with a B760 mobo and temps were always 26-33 at idle and 82-83 degrees cinebench multicore. My current build has 9800x3d paired with an aouris elite x870 and my PBO is either on auto or enabled. My idle is always around 41-44 degrees at idle and 77-79 on cinebench multicore. I also am using cooler master atmos 360 as a liquid cooler..

Question is: Is is a cooling sydtem issue? that my temps never get under 41 at idle but the max temp I get on multicore is 78-79. should I be concern?
