Did Microsoft get rid of all their customer service?

I went to their website, and they seemed to have removed the live chat option, only a chatbot. Then I called them, there was no option to speak to anyone, they just told me they had a chatbot that could help me on the support website. The chatbot is so bad, that at one point I just told it it was an idiot, and it replied with "I am here to assist you with any Xbox-related queries or issues you may have. How can I help you today?". Did they get rid of all real support people?
