What if our life is a dream for another version

When I sleep at night, I very often land up in parallel universes. Just living an another life with very random normal scenarios. Yesterday j had one where I worked In a kindergarten and everything felt just as real as always. So I have been thinking for a long time actually what if when we are "awake" it's actually a "dream" for another version of us while they are sleeping? Just as while we are sleeping, end up in other versions. I hope it makes sense. But I often think this.
