How can I use my mobile as a microphone and my PC as a speaker?

I’m trying to set up a way to use my smartphone as a microphone and have the audio play through my PC's speakers in real time.

Is there any app, software, or method that can make this possible with low latency? Would love simple instructions or free tools if available.

Any help is appreciated!
