Form 10-IEA query

Hi guys, I just wanted to know if I havr filled form 10IEA last year to opt for old fax regime and opt out of new tax regime, do I need to file it again this year as well? Or filling it once last year is enough for this year ITR as well?

Also in case in future I want to file under new regime do i need to refile form 10-IEA to reenter new regime? The query is for ITR3.
