Playthroughs Deleted, Any Way to Fix?

Hey! I’m a console player (xbox). I’ve been working on a playthrough for a while now (mid act 3), and just saw today that all my playthroughs were not showing up (not in saved data, can’t load, etc.) The issue persisted even after syncing data, and quitting the game and starting it again.

Is there anyway to fix this? Help would be greatly appreciated.
