3 weeks after botox, needing advice

I had 100 units about 3 weeks ago. I have only had micro burps (usually through coughing), and 2 proper burps (which were in second week). Also I’ve found that the gurgling in my chest has moved up to my throat since botox. Does it seem too late for the botox to become more effective, and is there anything I can do to try force burps out? Thank you
