Seeking help with spawning options.

I’ve got a dedicated server set up and no matter what I’ve done I’m unable to set it to spawn near backpack. I’m using 7d2d. Net for the server and I’ve already tried sg AllowSpawnNearBackpack True and it says the value has been set but I can’t see the option
