What does this mean??

Hello I am pursuing my graduation and I catch stares from multiple girls in the college several times and not single one of them talks to me they are just staring or just catching some glances of me. From my perspective i am not a good looking boy and no one ever compliments me. I consider myself below average and dk why they showing this behaviour just because I am ugly or something else idk man.

Also I am a ambivert and don't have the confidence to directly confirm why they doing this behaviour.
