Knee stuck

I woke up to my knee being subluxed which is not uncommon, but it is stuck and won’t go back into place. Usually my joints will pop back into place immediately or at least within a few minutes. No such luck right now. I can’t call my PT until Monday, and I know I won’t be able to get in until the appointment I already regularly have on Friday most likely. Has anyone experienced this or had luck resolving it safely? My joints often dislocate or sublux but don’t get stuck 😔
