Army Armament Staccato XC RMR Plate Feels Loose — Normal?

Hey guys, I recently installed the OEM RMR adapter plate on my Army Armament Staccato XC (R618A), but it feels kind of loose and wobbly. Is that normal?

Also, I noticed that the Army RMR plate doesn’t have the two front posts to help secure my SRO — it just sits on the plate with only the screws holding it. Are there any good third-party plates that fix this?
