We all hate that last minute order

You go to shut down and some mofo has the audacity to order at an open restaurant. . . and they are the nicest person ever. we all complain about customers ordering late but to the guy who tipped me 50% on a pizza cause he "really needs this I've been at my mother's bed in the hospital all day" I hope your mother get's better always happy to serve.

Anyone else have stories of you being the last option for someone and you just make their day?
