Worst serving experience at Viva-Honda Chandivali, Mumbai

Anyone else bought their car from Viva Honda?Took my car for the second service, from the moment I entered they tried to sell me some AMC for 35k, took like 4 hrs for 'servicing' and in the end literally just sprayed my car down.The glasses ,interior etc were just as dirty as before.

I don't want to ever go back there.

Does anyone just get it cleaned/serviced from outside?
