Life has been really rough lately

I have always struggled with my mental health. I will be okay for months then suddenly everything feels like it is unraveling. I unfortunately have no friends and no family besides my mom. I struggle a lot with anxiety, extreme panic attacks, and of course my depression is always lingering. I feel like everyone would be so much better off without me… everyone deserves better and to not have to see me like this. I deserve better
