Is it worth it to pull for Lupa for my DPS Waveband 2 Brant with his sig weapon?

My current team is Brant Sanhua SK, I will definitely pull for Lupa since I already saw that she buffs more than Sanhua for Brant DPS however, I do not have a full fusion team (I don't think I will pull for Changli) and my problem is that wuwa might drop Qiuyuan banner anytime soon and as usual ill be pulling for him and his weap and if possible, his cons (idk the term in wuwa). I do not prioritize endgame, I just want to maximize every male charac i have. I would like to know anyone's preferences <3
