Is the nvidia rtx3060-ti or nvidia gtx1660s better for low to mid end gaming?

I'm thinking of making a pc but can't decide on whether I should go with the 3060ti or 1660s, I'm mainly thinking of playing simple games but ones that can use high gpu eg. btd6, tmod loader, Minecraft, etc. which would be better in terms of money to potential?
