When can I use my bong after wisdom teeth removal?

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed on June 25 (about 2 1/2 weeks ago) and I’m wondering when I can use my bong again. My after care instructions just say not to smoke for 1 week after the surgery so I’ve been sticking to joints but I really miss my bong because it takes less weed than joints do.
