If I plan to build around Ryuji and already have him, who should I pull from the selector?

Lady luck smiled upon me as I pulled Ryuji with my first 10 pull and I already planned to build around him.

Now I’ve heard Ann is easily the best to pick from the selector, but I’ve also heard that you shouldn’t build multiple teams at first. Should I just pick Ann regardless for future use, or ryuji again for one of his awareness? I’ve heard Morgana is not great but it’s all a little unclear to me. Who should I pick?
