Service Assignments

Hello. I am wanting to unlock the afflictions related to the Apocalypse DLC and would like some advice on what I would need to do in order to even see them in my service assignments list. I have purchased and rightfully own the game and all DLC but do not have Premium. When i see the locked afflictions in the class specializations, it tells me to see how I can unlock them in the service assignments tab, but when I go there I see absolutely nothing related to their unlock. I am only seeing a total of 29 out of the supposed 41 to complete: 5 from the "Getting Started" tab, 14 from the "Staying Focused" tab, and 11 from the "Climbing the ranks" tab. Am I missing something? Do these service assignments only appear when i do something in game to activate them? I would love some help in clearing this up. Thank you.
