How well are Airpods Pro 2 supposed fit?
I just got Airpods Pro 2. My ears (Helicis Crus part) are hurting like hell, not from the sound but the fit.
Tried all the tips but none of them make my airpods feel secure. I guess my ears are small and I was never able to wear old style earbuds in my ears like the ones in a photo.
When I put Airpods in, the fit is just really shallow and the seal is not great. Comparing them to my old Edifier X3 earbuds is night and day difference.
Airpods pro 2 feel really shallow like old style earbuds where the outer ear shape help them stay in place and my old Edifiers X3 feel like proper ear canal earbuds where it goes deeper inside ear and creates the seal that makes you hear your blood pumping.
I'm really confused whether Airpods Pro 2 are in ear canal type earbuds, wearing them for longer periods of time hurts my ears and I don't know if I should return them. How does it feel for you?
