TTC, period 3 days late but negative pregnancy tests

Currently TTC, this is third cycle. Haven’t been pregnant before.

My LH peak was the evening of CD 15. But this cycle I never had a true positive LH test - test line was dark and just slightly lighter than control on this test. But this was closest to a positive test I had this cycle. This hasn’t happened before for me, have been using OPKs for 6 cycles and had always gotten at least one real positive test. I started using LH strips CD 12 this month. Took LH tests every morning through CD 20 and kept getting more negative so I stopped and assumed peak at CD 15.

Also track cervical mucus and was having egg white cervical mucus that coincided with LH peak. I haven’t been tracking BBT - I have a pretty irregular work (and therefore sleep) schedule so in the past have tended to get a lot of outliers and have found it of limited yield.

In past cycles I’ve used OPKs my period always reliably comes 13-14 days post LH peak.

Now I’m at CD32 - assuming peak at CD 15, per pattern from past cycles my period is now ~3 days late. I’ve been taking pregnancy tests (Pregmate brand) every morning for the past 4-5 days and all have been very negative. Have been having my typical luteal phase symptoms for the past 5-7 days (bloating, fatigue, occasional mild cramping), nothing out of the ordinary.

Just wondering if anyone has had something similar happen? Could I have just not ovulated this cycle (or ovulated later than I think despite data from OPKs and CM), or is there a chance I’m pregnant but not testing positive yet for some reason?
