Does my gpa matter for BSc to BScN

So I'm done 2 years of a Bachelor's in Honours Physiology. I've struggled a bit and my gpa is only a 3.0. I'd like to switch into nursing, but what are my chances of getting in with that gpa? Do my high school grades count more, as I got really high 90s and did all 30-1 courses?
