UDR 7 issues with 2.4ghz

Has anyone else experienced issues with the UDR7 dropping all 2.4ghz clients and only a reboot gets them back online?

It’s happened twice to me since I bought the UDR7 a month ago, I’m new to UniFi so I’m not sure if this is a known or common issue.
