Cairo and Nile River Cruise

Hi! I’m considering a tour next summer with husband and friends that includes Cairo and a Nile River cruise that goes to the usual tourist sites. I have a couple of questions.

1. I’m vegan. Will it be difficult for me to find food while not on the ship? 2) How plentiful are bathrooms at tourist sites and markets? 3) Any other advice? Thank you !!
