20m sd/ca looking for a friend!!! alt, music, indentity n more

Hii im 20m from sd california, searching a somewhat long term internet friend to hangout with! I haven’t had much luck making friends post highschool :p but I love talking to ppl and the idea of connecting with someone. I just haven’t felt that click in a while, I feel like no one really sees for me. Lately I’ve been working on my identity, interests, aspirations. I’m excited to start school this fall!

I really value my friends and the experiences I’ve had with them over the years but I don’t really interact with anyone my age these days outside of my coworkers, which has been weighing on me a lot lately.

I like listening to music, buying and searching for cool clothes/accessories online, collecting keychains, and …… idk!!

some recent shows I’ve enjoyed have been land of the lustrous and malice@doll! my favorite movie is lost in translation, love the atmosphere n music in there. My favorite book atm is mysterious skin(I’ve only read one book post highschool😭). Some bands Ive been listening a lot to lately arree/ febuary, little big league, Rainer Maria, forthwanderers, Marietta, haywire 617! I enjoy emo / post hardcore/ alt-indie rock / indiepop and more!

But yaa I’d enjoy having somone to hangout with and go outside together, explore media, play games, share music, etcetc. Hopefully there’s someone out there my age who always values friendship/connection, and is struggling with identity/lonliness .. hope ur out theree dude !
