Compiling data on Crystalis EX drop rates and boost effects

Hi all!

I'm hoping with a little crowdsourcing, we can get a better idea of how rare the EX abilities are, and what the boost effects max out at. If any of this is already known from a definitive source like a datamine please let me know, otherwise please post your experience in this thread so we can gather some data!

Please post the number of Extra difficulty Crystalis runs done and how many EX abilities you've gotten (do we have proof that EX abilities are possible from lower difficulties? The announcement says the highest difficulty has the best chance so let's focus on that).

Example:

Number of Extra difficulty Crystalis runs done: 26

Number of EX abilities acquired: 1

Strong boost effects: ATK +7
