Zoloft question

Hi there. I started 25mg Zoloft in May, 4 weeks later I increased to 50mg. I didn’t notice many side effects except that my appetite was gone and I was nauseated all the time.

Well 7 days ago I titrated up to 100mg and it’s been hell. Panic attacks every day(even with 1.5 mg klonopin on board), brain fog, dissociation. I’m diagnosed BPD, OCD, GAD and a panic disorder.

My question is, did anyone else experience thjs when titrating up and WHEN did it get better?

(I’ve been on Zoloft most of my life, with periods of trying different medications and I’ve never experienced side effects like this)
