I need help in prospecting online tutor email data.

I’m currently running a cold outreach campaign for an e-learning platform client that helps online tutors and coaches grow their businesses (think SuperProf, Teachable, etc.).

The problem? Data.
I’m struggling to find good quality contact data for online tutors/coaches who might actually be interested in joining such a platform.

I've tried scraping marketplaces, looking at LinkedIn filters, and even dabbling with Apollo and InstantData — but I either hit rate limits or get generic profiles with poor intent.

So I’m turning to the pros here:

👉 Where do you usually find targeted, high-intent data for specific niches like this?
👉 Any tools, workflows, or underrated sources you'd recommend?
