Why can't I get a job offer when I'm getting interviews?

Advice

I (24f) have never felt more inadequate in my life. I have been job searching for 6-7 months, I have had at least 10 interviews and I still haven't gotten a job. My current job has stopped giving me meaningful work with impact and I can tell my managers don't care about my growth or development. I have a business and data science degree and they've put me on admin work for the past several months. I don't know how many more rejections I can take. As someone who has achieved everything I've set my mind to, I've never felt so inadequate and stuck in my life.

When I searched up how long it takes to find a job in my country, it says 3-6 months. I just want to know why no one wants to hire me. When I ask for feedback I'm often left with no response.

Quick rants on my search:

  • I've had 2 recruiters ghost me. 1 calling me at the wrong time and then ghosting me after saying they'd reschedule.
  • 3 recruiters saying my experience and personality matches perfectly for the role only for me to not go past the recruiter screening.
  • 1 interviewer saying im too young and need a master's for the job after 4 ROUNDS of 1 hour interviews and a take home presentation.
  • 1 interviewer saying I "look too young to get anyone to listen to me".

If anyone has words of advice on how to preserve this job market, I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs to hear it.
