ive ordered a pair of shoes, and returned em cuz not my size nd now they say return is on hold cuz the tag is broken, it was broken from the before it self i just forgot to mention it , i call the costumer care and the ai bot keeps getting connected and when it connected theyre making excuses and cutting the call what to do
