I created paypal 4 years ago. I think because I used VPN I got locked put and got the message in the title. I tried to log in maybe 10 times. Support, as always, was USELESS.

So I waited what chatgpt said - I waited 72.5 h, until system calms down and then disabled VPN, cleaned cashe, and in incognito. WORKED.

Take the time to let the system cool off. Dont log in.
