Is skoda india scamming the kylaq customers ?

I booked Kylaq Classic in May 2025. At the time of booking, Skoda India offered a 35k discount and mentioned that the discounts may vary every month. They also stated that the final price would be applicable on the delivery month. Fast forward to July, my potential delivery month, Skoda cancelled the discount. I’m curious to know if this has happened to anyone else.
