Need Advice. WHICH should I use my exchange points for?

I don't know HOW good a maxed out Satano is, but I currently have a Satano 1 away from Maxed (Lv.45/got 4 total from pulls).

Is it better to spend my exchange points on 1 more Satano and max her, or is lv.45 good enough and it's just better to have a Kitan that I can eventually max over a long time?

(bascially is it worth getting 1 Kitan or is boosting Satano from 45 to 50 better than 1 Kitan)
