Is skoda india scamming the kylaq customers ?

I booked kylaq classic in May 2025. At the time of booking skoda india offered 35k discount and said the discounts may vary every month and said the final price will be applicable on the delivery month. Fast forward to july my potential delivery month, skoda cancelled the discount. I want to know is it happened with anyone?
