Advice for bedspacing, what should I look for and what should I ask the landlord

Magandang araw po, I'm a student and planning to rent a bedspace for easy convenience po sa school.

As the title said, what should I watch out for when viewing a bedspace? And what are important things I should ask my landlord po?

And if anyone knows po any bedspace in Makati po, it would really help.
