LG Washing Machine 1E Error - Two Different Machines, Same Problem. What Am I Missing?

TL;DR: Got 1E error on my LG washer, bought a new machine, same error on first run. Water pressure seems fine, dishwasher works perfectly. Help!

I’m stumped and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My LG washing machine was working perfectly until it suddenly threw a 1E error (water supply issue). I checked everything I could think of... water pressure, hoses, connections, everything seemed fine from the supply side (using a Robinhood Supertub)

After troubleshooting for a while, I figured the machine was just old and decided to buy a new LG washer. Same exact 1E error on the very first cycle.

What I’ve tried: • Replaced all the water supply hoses going into the machine • Verified water pressure is good throughout the house • Dishwasher runs perfectly (same general area) • Never had this problem before in this house

Has anyone encountered this before? What obvious thing am I probably overlooking?
