I can't concentrate?

please help!! I'm trying to shift and today I realized the problem, I can't concentrate. So I'm lying with my eyes closed, as usual I count to 100 to relax, but my body goes numb and I lie like that for about 20 minutes and nothing happens. I just keep counting. and I don't have enough strength to continue lying down, so I open my eyes and I'm in my CR. Maybe someone knows what I should try? Once in a similar way, I heard sounds from my DR, but I didn't go further. that time when I heard sounds, at that moment it was as if something hit me all over my body, I went numb, but I felt my bed, etc.
