BCL6 Positive- What does this mean?

Hi everyone! I’m looking for some advise on this subject please 🙏🏻 ☺️

I had a hysteroscopy with biopsy a couple of weeks ago and my BCL6 has come back positive (2.2). I’m not able to talk to my doctor for a few more weeks so I’m really just trying to understand what this means and what we need to do going forwards. Does this mean I have silent endometriosis? The reading on it is so mixed so I would love to hear from anyone who has experience with this please!

We’ve had 2x failed FETs so far, both with highly graded euploid embryos. One medicated and one natural cycle- both with no implantation which doctors haven’t been able to explain so far. All my scans/bloods etc have been normal, regular periods, ovulation etc. My hysteroscopy was also clear as well as my EMMA/ALICE and CD138.

I would really appreciate any words of advice or experience please! Thanks in advance
