Those who are preparing for MCA or pursuing it, do you think we have a chance to earn as much as btech grads?

As there's is so much competition in the industry and companies also prefer Btech over MCA. In this scenario do you think it is possible for a MCA graduate from tier2 or tier3 college to earn as much as btech graduates. Can we get packages like 10-15LPA or above no immediately but after gaining some experience.
