What would make period underwear truly comfortable and worth subscribing to?

Hi all! I’ve been thinking about how period underwear has gotten more popular, but I feel like there are still issues with comfort, sizing, or even trust with the fabric. If you’ve used period underwear, what do you love or wish was better?

I’m especially curious about things like:

• Fit and feel during heavy flow days
• Fabric irritations or concerns (PFAS, chemicals, etc.)
• Styles that work for teens or gender-inclusive options
• If you'd actually use a monthly subscription, or prefer one-time purchases
