EXO Room Mailbox Delegate

Hi All,

One of our Meeting Room Mailbox under Booking, request set to Accept or decline booking request automatically.

Under Delegation, I can see a group with 1000+ users.

What is the purpose of this? Do we need a delegation group setup as full permission?
