Unable to book smartex hayatoku-21 tickets

Hey guys I'm travelling to Japan next month and I can't seem to find the hayatoku-21/hayatoku-3 tickets.

I've been checking since 10th of July but I can't seem to find any of the discounted tickets (I want to book my train on the 11th and 15th of Aug - Tokyo to Kyoto roundtrip).

I can see the discounted tickets for dates up to 6th of august but no option after that.

Are the discounted tickets not an option for august since it's peak season?
