MSI Stealth 15 keeps randomly black screening while playing games.

My MSI Stealth 15 is just over 2 years old now and just recently I have been experiencing this problem where the laptop will sometimes randomly black screen and I cannot do anything until it is reset which I have to use the power button to do. Basically what happens is every screen will go black, I have a double monitor setup connected to the laptop, and like I said I have to hard reset it to fix it. This first happened a month or 2 ago when I was playing Tarkov, specifically when I played on Labs, and there was no obvious reason. It would happen randomly during the raid and not in every raid. The problem went away temporarily but its been happening a lot again when I've been playing a game I just bought called CarX Street, randomly when I start a race it immediately black screens. I'm not well versed in computer software and hardware issues but from the research I've done I've found it could be a graphics driver issue, I just updated the Nvidia drivers earlier today and it was still happening. I have tried doing the keyboard command to reset the graphics driver when it happened but it did nothing. Any advice would be appreciated, I'm sick of dealing with this :(
