Toronto Airport to UW Place

Hey, I will be taking 17 hour flight from Middle East to YYZ and reach in the afternoon (3pm ish) on 30th August and want to travel to my residence (UW Place). I will be carrying 3 checked baggages (23kg or 50lb each) and 1 carry-on. Can somebody suggest me a good method of transportation with this much luggage?
