F1 Visa Interview Refused in Kathmand

I went for my F1 visa interview on July 9 at the US Embassy here in Kathmandu. I brought all my documents and thought I was ready. I have scored good marks, received a Magic Base scholarship, and got admitted to a great university. But the officer looked at my papers, asked just one question, and while I was still answering, he said no & my visa got rejected.

Honestly, I’m still trying to understand why. It felt so sudden and unfair, like I didn’t even get a chance to explain myself properly. It’s been hard not to feel disappointed.

But I’m not giving up. I want to try again this year, and I really want to know .What should I do differently for my next visa interview? What can I prepare better? How can I increase my chances to finally get the approval?

If anyone has advice or has been through this before, please let me know. I’m determined to keep trying and make my dream come true.
